paresh rawal: Suniel Shetty shares first update on the
Suniel Shetty penned, “The following is a list of possible candidates: I’m excited to be back on set with Paresh Rawal and Akshay Kumar. It took some time, as with all good things, but it’s a relief to finally have an answer to this question. In the film, Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty, and Paresh Rawal will be seen reprising their popular characters, Raju, Shyam, and Baburao, respectively”, the statement continues.
Shetty co-starred with Rawal and Kumar in the original “Hera Pheri”, which was released in 2000 and went on to become a cult comedy. It was followed by a sequel, “Phir Hera Pheri” (2006), with Shetty reprising his role as Shyam, Rawal reprising his role as Babu Bhaiya, and Kumar reprising his role as Raju.
The third instalment has been in the works for some time. Last year, Akshay announced his departure from the threequel due to creative differences. Shetty also discussed the process of financing a film, its production, distribution, and how the team makes money in his LinkedIn post. He went over the various revenue models, including box office, digital, and satellite rights, in great detail.
