According to them, the video was uploaded last year and shows Elvish in a car at a rally in Rajasthan. They shared screenshots from both videos, claiming that the car in the stolen flower pots clip and the one in the Rajasthan rally have the same registration number.

Soon after, Elvish was accused of stealing flower pots, and memes went wild, with many mocking the influencer.

Elvish Yadav said in a tweet late last night that the vehicle in the flower pots video does not belong to him. He said that that is not his car. He respectfully requested that no false information about him should be spread.

The influencer also had heated exchanges with several Twitter users, which ranged from combative to hilarious.

The most recent development in the case is that Gurugram Police have arrested a man named Manmohan for allegedly stealing the flower pots. In a tweet, police said they had recovered the flower pots and seized the vehicle.
